This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the competent court in Amsterdam.

Article 2 : Duration

Article 3 : Responsibilities, Conduct, and Nature of Engagement

The Guest Artist agrees to abide by THA' s regulations and maintain a professional manner. Notification to THA must be given promptly if services cannot be performed. The guest is obligated to obtain customers' signatures on a consent form and review their medical history prior to the tattoo session. Additionally, the Guest Artist must use sterilized equipment and single- use tattoo cartridges only, while working at the studio.

Article 4 : Employment Status and Benefits

The Guest Artist is an independent contractor and not an employee of THA. THA shall not provide any health insurance, payroll contributions, insurance, or other employee- related benefits to the Guest Artist. THA shall, however, advertise for tattooing, provide supplies and equipment that are mentioned in ( Guest - studio guide document).

Article 5 : Non- Competition and Client Relations

The Guest Artist agrees to not work at any other tattoo studio in Amsterdam for a period of one month before and one month after their involvement at THA. Additionally, it is forbidden for the Guest Artist to perform tattoos on the clients of THA outside the studio facilities.

Article 6 : Limitation of Liability and Legal Responsibility.

Any complications, legal disputes, or other issues that may arise between the clients and the guest artist shall not fall under the responsibility of THA. The Guest Artist acknowledges and commits that any issues, conflicts, or legal affairs concerning clients shall fall under their exclusive liability. THA will not bear any legal or other responsibility in these matters.

Article 7 : Breach of Contract and Compensation.

In the event that the Guest Artist breaches any term or condition of this Agreement, they will be required to pay compensation to Tattoo Hysteria Amsterdam (THA) for any resulting damages, both reputational and financial, as deemed appropriate under Dutch law. The specific amount of compensation will be determined based on the nature and extent of the breach, and may include, but is not limited to, forfeiture of any deposits, additional financial penalties, and/ or legal action as deemed necessary.
